That’s the average amount of time a person will spend at work in their lifetime.
The only thing we spend more time doing is sleeping. If we want to improve the quality of our lives we should seek to improve the quality of these hours. Research shows that the most effective way to do this is to deepen the relationships with the people we works with.
Our Team Development workshops are designed with this purpose in mind.
We create space for teams to explore how to bring their fullest, most creative selves into the work they do.
Our Team Development workshops generally fall into three categories:
The difference between a “team” and “a group of people who work together” is trust. The purpose of these workshops is to create space for people to get to know each other on a deeper level - identifying and sharing personal values, passions, talents and what brings each individual sense of purpose in the work they do. These are the conversations that are often neglected in the busyness of the day-to-day work.
These workshops provide a space for reflection and feedback, enabling your team to have a deep, meaningful conversation about their ways of working. Whether it’s reflecting on your team’s goals, creating a teaming agreement, or perhaps discussing the diverse working styles in the team, the purpose is to create alignment, focus and re-engage people on the purpose of their work.
Enjoyment is one of the most over-looked aspects of high-performance. When people enjoy their work, they are able to bring their fullest, most creative selves into the work they do. These workshops focus on the core characteristics of joyfulness (presence, purpose, possibility, playfulness and peacefulness) applied within the unique context of your team’s work.
